Two projects grounded in real needs: one powers a Hong Kong fashion business, while the other turns a computer-vision research workflow into an internal product a team can operate.
01 FREELANCE · 2026 · LIVE PRODUCT
Built an end-to-end commerce platform for a Hong Kong fashion label, combining a responsive storefront, products and live inventory, memberships, promotions, order tracking, and an operations dashboard. Localised checkout supports cards, Alipay, WeChat Pay, AlipayHK, FPS, and PayMe, backed by transactional and idempotent inventory handling.
02 FEELINGS AI INTERNSHIP · 2026 · INTERNAL PRODUCT
Built a staged HITL platform with FastAPI, SQLite, and vanilla JavaScript, connecting media ingest, multi-keypoint dog-pose inference, human correction, dataset snapshots, model retraining, and version promotion. I also designed cut-aware orchestration that combines YOLO Pose and CoTracker into a more stable video workflow.

Across client commerce and internal AI tools, I have worked on requirements, architecture, full-stack delivery, data workflows, deployment, and handover.
Feelings AI
Reported directly to the CTO and led the build of PoseForge. I also improved the reliability of a hardware-to-cloud data workflow and dashboard in another internal platform.

Delivered a commerce platform from requirements and system design through implementation, payment integration, deployment, production domain setup, and operational handover.
